BOOTCAMP
Have 3 other people that are
interested in getting healthy,
Come try your first week for FREE! All you need is a mat or towel and a water bottle. Bootcamp is for everyone! There are modifications for all fitness levels, so don’t be afraid to give it a try. Our instructors will gladly answer any questions that you have. PLEASE EMAIL OWNER@FOXYBODYFITNESS.COM IN ORDER TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR FREE TRIAL! Please include your name, email, phone number, and address. Please fill out the following forms and hand them to your instructor on your first day of camp. (Please indicate on your forms if you receive text message on your phone as this is how we will communicate in the rare event of a cancellation.
Make sure you
tell your instructor if you have any injuries or health
concerns so they can provide you with a safe and
effective workout for your fitness level. We do NOT
believe in the old “No Pain, No Gain” mantra. If you at
any time are feeling pain during the workout, stop
immediately and tell your bootcamp instructor. You
should feel your muscles working, but joint pain, such
as knee or back aches, should not be part of the
process. We like to think of it as enjoyable soreness

: Tuesdays/ Thursdays 5:30-6:15 am Taught by our
amazing instructor, Nick Graves. Nick is an ACSM
certified personal trainer and has a Health Fitness
Specialist degree from East Carolina University. He is
personable, professional, caring and a joy to be around.

She will inspire you every step of the way. Bootcamp Policy Weather Policy-
Our camps will run rain or shine. In the event of
lightning or heavy snow/ice, our camps will close to
insure the safety of our participants. We will follow
the school system in your county regarding winter
weather closings. Missed Class Policy: We do not issue refunds for missed classes. A make-up session will be rescheduled by your instructor. Please indicate on your forms if you receive text message on your phone as this is how we will communicate in the rare event of a cancellation.
